2. Booking and Payment Terms

You are responsible for any transfer fees, currency conversion fees, or third-party transaction costs associated with the agreed payment method.
2.4 Refund Policy
Refundability and payment finality depend on the payment arrangement confirmed directly with the gym. Once a booking is accepted and payment has been made through the agreed off-site method, any refund, credit, or rescheduling decision is handled directly according to the terms communicated at confirmation.
No-shows: If you fail to arrive on your scheduled start date without prior notice, any refund or credit remains at the sole discretion of the gym based on the terms shared during confirmation.
2.5 Rescheduling
If your plans change, you may request one reschedule of your arrival date with at least 21 days' notice. Rescheduling is subject to availability and is intended as a transfer of your booking value, not a refund. Additional changes may be refused or may incur a $100 administrative fee.
